About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Implementation Specialist to lead and support end-to-end implementation, configuration, and rollout of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud modules for our enterprise clients. The ideal candidate combines strong functional depth across core HCM modules with hands-on configuration experience and the ability to translate business requirements into working solutions.

Key Responsibilities
◾ Lead and execute end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud modules, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
◾ Configure core HR, and functional modules such as Absence Management, Time amp; Labor, Payroll, Compensation, Talent Management, and Performance Management as per project scope.
◾ Conduct Fit-Gap analysis, map business processes to Fusion HCM capabilities, and recommend best-practice solutions.
◾ Set up workflows, approvals, fast formulas, security roles, and personalization using tools like HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher.
◾ Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and user training material.
◾ Support data migration, conversions,



and integrations with third-party and legacy systems. Manage quarterly release updates, regression testing, and patch impact analysis.
Work closely with clients, technical teams, and project managers through all phases (UAT, DEV, PROD) to ensure successful delivery.
◾ Provide post-implementation support, issue resolution, and enhancement recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience
◾ 6–8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementation and support.
◾ Robust functional expertise in at least two or more core modules (Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Talent, Time amp; Labor, Recruiting/ORC).
◾ Hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher (BIP/OTBI), and Approval Workflows.
◾ Experience with security console setup, roles, and data access.
◾ Strong understanding of HR business processes and end-to-end employee lifecycle.
◾ Experience across full implementation lifecycle including at least 2–3 full-cycle Fusion HCM implementations.
◾ Excellent communication, client-handling, and documentation skills.
◾ Oracle Fusion HCM certification is an added advantage.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
