Job Title: Telecaller – Experienced
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Generate recent business enquiries through calls and WhatsApp messages.
- Maintain customer details and call records.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telecalling or telesales is required.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-friendly attitude and follow-up skills.
