Role Description The Business Development Trainee – Remote – Domestic – Ed-Tech Sales role is a full-time position focused on driving growth for Bhanzu’s math learning programs in domestic markets. In this role, you will prospect and qualify leads, engage with potential learners and their families,



and conduct consultative sales calls to understand their needs and recommend suitable offerings. You will perform market research to identify opportunities, track competitor activity, and support campaign strategies in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams. Daily tasks include maintaining an organized sales pipeline, updating CRM records, following up on inquiries, and providing clear, empathetic communication throughout the customer journey. You will work remotely, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to meet revenue targets and enhance the overall learner experience.
