Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Bengaluru, with a compensation of up to 5.8 LPA. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities,



generate and qualify leads, and build a robust sales pipeline for Square Yards’ proptech and related offerings. Responsibilities include engaging with potential clients through calls, meetings, and presentations, understanding their requirements, and recommending suitable property and service solutions. The role involves negotiating and closing deals, coordinating with internal teams for smooth transaction execution, and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships. The Business Development Executive will also track market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to support strategic business growth.
