Position: DGM / GM – HR

Role Overview:
· Lead end-to-end HR, Industrial Relations (IR), Employee Relations (ER), and Administration functions across the Corporate Office and manufacturing plants.
· Drive the HR strategy in alignment with business goals and organizational growth.
· Build and strengthen organizational culture, values, and employee engagement initiatives.
· Ensure statutory compliance with all applicable labour laws and corporate regulations and legal issues.
· Lead and manage factory, Labour Department, statutory, internal, and external audits.
· Oversee KRA/KPI frameworks and performance management systems.
· Drive HR digitalization, HRMS implementation, and analytics-driven decision-making.
· Lead talent acquisition, succession planning,



and leadership pipeline development.
· Drive Organizational Development (OD), change management, and workforce transformation.
· Strengthen employee relations and grievance-handling mechanisms.
· Ensure organization-wide awareness, implementation, and compliance with the POSH Act.

Candidate Requirements:
· Minimum 10 years of relevant HR experience.
· Must have experience in the manufacturing industry.
· Must have handled a workforce of 1,000+ employees.
· Solid experience in Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, and labour law compliance.
