About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, technology-driven AI Sales Automation & Lead Generation Specialist to help transform our B2B sales and prospecting process using the latest AI-powered tools and automation platforms.

This is not a traditional sales, digital marketing, or lead generation role. We want someone who actively explores emerging AI technologies, identifies opportunities to automate sales workflows, tests new platforms, and builds scalable systems that generate qualified business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable researching and experimenting with autonomous AI platforms such as Polsia, AI sales development representatives (AI SDRs), prospecting tools, and automated outbound sales systems.

You will be responsible for discovering the right companies to target, identifying decision-makers, personalizing outreach,



automating follow-ups, and improving the overall sales pipeline through AI.

Key Responsibilities
1. AI Platform Research & Evaluation• Continuously research emerging AI sales tools, autonomous AI agents, and sales automation platforms.
• Evaluate platforms such as Polsia, Salesforge (Agent Frank), AiSDR, Artisan, Apollo.io, Clay, Amplemarket, and other relevant solutions.
• Compare tools based on capabilities, pricing, integrations, scalability, and measurable business results.
• Run practical experiments to determine which tools deliver the best results for our business.
• Recommend current technologies and workflows without waiting for instructions.

2. AI-Powered B2B Lead Generation• Identify and research companies that fit our ideal customer profile.
• Build targeted prospect lists based on company size, industry, business needs, technology stack, and other relevant signals.
