JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused candidates to join our team as Immigration Consultants. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and an interest in immigration services and client counselling.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Handle client enquiries related to immigration and visa processes.
· Explain visa requirements, eligibility criteria, and documentation.
· Guide clients in preparing and verifying required documents.
· Follow up with clients and maintain qualified communication.
· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth case processing.
· Maintain client records and provide timely updates.
ELIGIBILITY & SKILLS
· Graduate or undergraduate candidates can apply.
· Freshers are welcome; 1–3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
· Good verbal and written communication skills.
· Basic knowledge of immigration and visa procedures is an advantage.
· Sales, counselling, or customer-handling experience is preferred.
