1. Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the cafe and ensure smooth functioning.
2. Staff Management: Supervise cafe staff, assign duties, manage attendance, and maintain discipline.
3. Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
4. Sales Management: Monitor daily sales, achieve sales targets, and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
5. Billing & Cash Management: Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
6. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and coordinate timely purchases.
7. Food Quality & Hygiene: Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with hygiene standards.
8. Kitchen Coordination: Coordinate with chefs and kitchen helpers to ensure timely order preparation and service.
9. Play Zone Management: Ensure the play area is clean, safe, well-maintained, and properly supervised.
10. Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of cafe materials.
11. Reporting:



Prepare daily sales reports, attendance reports, stock reports, and other operational reports for management.
12. Customer Experience: Maintain a welcoming setting for families and children and ensure high customer satisfaction.
13. Staff Training: Train employees on customer service, hygiene, operational procedures, and company policies.
14. Safety & Maintenance: Ensure safety standards are followed and report equipment or maintenance issues promptly.
15. Management Coordination: Communicate regularly with senior management regarding performance, operational issues, and business improvement.
