Job Responsibilities

Handle sales enquiries and generate leads for real estate projects.

Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.

Manage and update customer information in CRM.

Explain project details, pricing, amenities and offers to prospective customers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective customers.

Follow up with customers after site visits and move leads towards closure.

Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status in CRM.

Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

Coordinate with the sales and project teams for smooth customer handling.

Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups, site visits and closures.

Candidate Requirements

0 – 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales.





Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in handling leads and customer follow-ups.

CRM knowledge/experience is preferred.

Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals.

Should be confident in speaking with customers and handling objections.

Should be a dedicated and committed candidate looking for a stable chance.

Candidates who are serious about building a career in real estate sales are preferred.

Working Days & Week Off Details

Working Days: Monday to Sunday.

Week Off: Any one weekday will be off, as per company/team schedule.

Sunday working is mandatory.

TIME: 10 AM TO 7 PM

Candidates must be comfortable working on weekends and taking a weekday off.
