We're Hiring: Senior Sales Executive
Since 2000, RN Valves & Faucets has been a trusted manufacturer of brass and PTMT bath fittings, valves and accessories, with a portfolio of 6,000+ products and a network of 4,500+ dealers and distributors across India.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team.
About the Role
This is a full-time role based at our Sahibabad, Ghaziabad (Delhi NCR) office, with market visits as required. You will drive sales growth through our dealer and distributor network, build strong long-term relationships with partners and expand our market coverage, helping strengthen RN Valves & Faucets' presence in the bath fittings market.
What you'll do:
- Grow sales through our dealer and distributor network
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors
- Appoint new dealers and expand market coverage
- Drive dealer schemes, offers and promotional campaigns
- Conduct product presentations, dealer meets and market visits
- Support dealer training and help resolve dealer and client issues
- Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, supply and promotions
- Achieve sales targets and ensure timely collections
- Track sales data, market trends and competitor activity, and prepare regular performance reports
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years of sales experience in sanitaryware, CP fittings, plumbing, hardware or building materials
- Master's degree (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience in channel sales through dealers and distributors, including a senior or lead role with revenue and territory responsibility
- Familiarity with the North India market will be an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
Location: Sahibabad, Ghaziabad (Delhi NCR), office-based with market visits as required
