Job Title: Marketing Executive – Field Outreach & Admissions

Location: Thrissur, Kerala

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive, highly driven Marketing Executive to lead our on-ground brand presence, student outreach, and admissions efforts across Thrissur. In this role, you will represent our organization in educational centers, schools, colleges, and local communities—directly engaging students and parents, raising brand awareness, generating high-intent leads, and supporting the enrollment process.

Core Responsibilities

- On-Ground Marketing & Direct Engagement

Plan and execute field marketing activities, including campus visits, educational kiosks, roadshows, and community outreach across Thrissur district.

Engage directly with students and parents to highlight program offerings, career outcomes, and institutional value.

Serve as the brand representative at high-traffic hubs, local educational gatherings, and career events.

- Lead Generation & Admissions Conversion

Generate verified prospective student leads through field activations, institutional connections, local events, and referral networks.

Counsel prospective students and parents on course structures, admission eligibility, and prospective career tracks.

Track prospect data systematically and work closely with the internal admissions team to ensure timely follow-ups and high conversion rates.

- Institutional Relationship Building





Establish and sustain relationships with key decision-makers at local high schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and community organizations.

Oversee referral schemes and joint educational initiatives to maintain a continuous stream of admission inquiries.

- Event Planning & Campaign Execution

Plan and coordinate career counseling sessions, seminars, workshops, and introductory webinars.

Handle the distribution and placement of marketing assets (brochures, standees, flyers, and banners) across primary field venues.

- Field Tracking & Market Intelligence

Maintain records of daily field visits, leads collected, campaign performance, and follow-up updates.

Track local educational trends, applicant preferences, and competitive moves across the region to refine field strategies.

Key Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA), Marketing, or a related discipline.

Experience: 0 to 4 years of experience in field marketing, student recruitment, business development, or event execution. Prior exposure to the Education or EdTech sector is highly desirable.

Languages & Skills: Strong interpersonal, sales, and presentation capabilities, with full professional fluency in Malayalam and English.

Mobility: Willingness to travel regularly across Thrissur district and adjacent areas for field assignments.
