About the RoleBrandshark is looking for an E-commerce Marketing Executive with hands-on experience managing online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should understand marketplace operations, product listings, promotions, sales performance, and marketplace advertising, with a focus on driving visibility, traffic, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize product listings across e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other relevant platforms.
- Handle day-to-day marketplace operations, including catalogue management, product uploads, inventory coordination, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Plan and execute marketplace marketing campaigns to improve product visibility, sales, and conversions.
- Manage marketplace advertising campaigns, including sponsored product ads and other available promotional formats.
- Monitor sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, advertising spend, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Optimise product titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and catalogue content to improve discoverability and ranking.




- Coordinate with internal teams on inventory availability, order fulfilment, pricing, and promotional calendars.
- Track competitor pricing, product positioning, marketplace trends, and category performance.
- Monitor customer reviews, ratings, returns, and other marketplace performance indicators.
- Prepare regular reports on marketplace sales, campaign performance, and growth opportunities.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing, specifically managing online marketplaces.
- Hands-on knowledge of marketplace seller dashboards and operations
- Understanding of marketplace advertising, listing optimisation, promotions, and sales growth strategies.
- Experience managing multiple marketplace accounts or product catalogues.
- Knowledge of Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and marketplace analytics tools.
- Experience working with e-commerce brands, D2C businesses, or marketplace sellers.
