Key Responsibilities

SEBI Compliance: Knowledge of SEBI regulations applicable to listed companies, including relevant listing and disclosure requirements.

MCA & IEPF Compliance: Understanding of MCA regulations, statutory filings and Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) requirements.

Companies Act: Knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, and applicable provisions relating to listed and unlisted companies.

Legal Drafting: Draft written statements, replies and representations in response to cases and complaints filed by investors against client companies or RTAs.

Investor Grievance Management: Handle investor complaints, investigate issues, coordinate with relevant stakeholders and ensure timely resolution.

Regulatory Correspondence: Assist in preparing responses to regulatory notices, investor communications and compliance-related queries.

Documentation & Records: Maintain proper records of investor complaints, case documents, regulatory correspondence and compliance activities.

Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with listed companies,



RTAs and other relevant stakeholders to resolve investor-related matters.

Required SkillsSound knowledge of SEBI regulations applicable to listed companies.

Working knowledge of MCA, IEPF and Companies Act requirements.

Strong drafting, written communication and documentation skills.

Ability to analyse investor complaints and prepare appropriate replies.

Positive problem-solving and grievance-resolution skills.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases within prescribed timelines.

Preferred Candidate ProfilePreferably 1–2 years of relevant experience with a listed company, company secretarial firm, RTA or corporate compliance team.

Semi-qualified candidates may be from CS, CA or CMA streams.

Candidates with practical exposure to investor grievances, regulatory correspondence and corporate secretarial matters will be preferred.
