Role Description This is a full time, on-site Application Support Engineer role based in Bengaluru. The Application Support Engineer will monitor and maintain business-critical applications, respond to support tickets, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting application and system problems, coordinating with development and infrastructure teams for incident resolution, and performing root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues. The role involves documenting solutions,



updating knowledge bases, supporting deployments and configuration changes, and communicating clearly with internal users and external clients. The Application Support Engineer will also contribute to continuous improvement of support processes, performance monitoring, and service reliability.
