Job Purpose

Participates in engineering solutions as part of the Manufacturing Engineering function, in accordance with TechnipFMC standards, procedures, processes, schedules and budget, with a continuous concern for quality, targets, and customer satisfaction.

Job Description

• Performs with autonomy, in accordance with department and/or project instructions, schedules and processes requirements to:

• Create production documentation, such as, Setup sheet, CNC programs in NX CAM Software and routings.

• Verify programs in vericut.

• Create cutting tools in TDM.

• Develop the production process to improve the performance standard.

• Establish current production processes.

• Supervises less experienced engineering personnel by checking their calculations and engineering solutions and ensures quality and efficiency of deliverables.

• Review of drawings,



part reports and procedures to ensure parts can be safely produced in the most effective and effective manner possible.

• Provides Quality Notification disposition where required

You are meant for this job if:

Bachelor's/Diploma Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline preferred or equivalent

• Robust basic knowledge in Manufacturing process.

• Positive Knowledge of cutting tools, it’s parameters and their applications.

• Proficient on CAM (NX) or any other CAM tool and PLM Systems (TCE).

• Positive knowledge of Vericut simulation and machine building.

• Good knowledge of Renishaw probe cycles and it’s uses in CNC programs.

• Good Knowledge Turn mill / WFL machines

• Basic understanding of postprocessor.

• Basic understanding of lean manufacturing principles.

• Additional SAP knowledge will be helpful.
