About the Role
You will support the Controllership team in the monthly close, accounting accuracy, compliance, and audit
readiness. You will work closely with the Finance, Tax, Treasury, and Business teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, provisions, and prepaid adjustments for the monthly close
• Do balance sheet reconciliations (bank, vendor, customer, intercompany, wallet/payment gateway)
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing on time
• Help prepare financial statements and MIS reports
• Support statutory, internal, and tax audits by preparing schedules and responding to queries
• Ensure compliance with Ind AS, GST, TDS, and the Companies Act
• Support revenue accounting and reconciliation for travel bookings (air, hotel, etc.)
• Follow internal controls and flag process gaps or variances
• Work with Tax, AP, AR, FP&A;, and Business Finance teams to resolve queries
• Support process improvement and automation projects




Requirements
Qualification CA (mandatory)
Experience 0–1 year post-qualification
Technical Positive knowledge of Ind AS, GST, and TDS
Tools Strong Excel skills; ERP exposure (SAP/Oracle) is a plus

• Articleship in a Big 4 or mid-size firm
