We're hiring an Entrepreneur in Residence to build hotels, and to own a share of them.

Skyra Hospitality, our develop-and-own platform, has eight target markets: Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Kanchipuram, Puducherry, Coonoor, Jaipur and Udaipur. We have the capital structure, the brand relationships at ITC, IHCL and Marriott, and a team that sits only on the owner's side of the table.

We need one person to turn those markets into signed, funded hotels.

The role
Find and secure sites, and structure each deal
Take projects from brand selection to a signed agreement
Present the investment case to our investment committee

You bring
8–12 years in hotel development, hospitality investing or hotel advisory
At least one hotel deal you closed yourself

You get
Competitive fixed pay plus variable
An economic interest in every project you originate and close
A path to Head of Development or project CEO within 24 months
