Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in PPC, paid media, and performance marketing.
• Robust expertise in Google Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, bidding strategies, and budget management.
• Experience managing LinkedIn Ads and B2B lead generation campaigns.
• Proven experience generating leads for IT services, SaaS, technology, or B2B businesses.
• Solid knowledge of keyword research, audience targeting, remarketing, ad copy optimization, and landing page performance.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking.
• Good understanding of marketing funnels, lead qualification, CPL, CAC, ROI, and ROAS.
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets and dashboard/reporting tools.
• Robust analytical, communication, problem-solving,



and project management skills.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience working with international markets, particularly the US, UK, Europe, and other global markets.
• Experience promoting IT services such as software development, cloud consulting, CRM implementation, and digital transformation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads), Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms.
• Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
• Experience with offline conversion tracking, CRM-based attribution, and lead quality analysis.
• Understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) and B2B demand generation strategies.
