We’re looking for a motivated B2B Sales & Business Development Executive who can identify potential clients, build robust business relationships, generate qualified leads, and convert prospects into paying customers in India and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential clients, including architects, real estate developers, builders, interior designers, and marketing agencies.
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, WhatsApp, and other B2B channels.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and develop long-term client relationships.




Understand client requirements and recommend suitable Hephy Studio services.
Schedule client meetings, present service offerings, follow up on proposals, and help close deals.
Research target markets, competitors, and new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up schedules, and sales reports using a CRM.
Work closely with the creative team to ensure smooth communication from initial enquiry to project onboarding.
Explore opportunities in international markets, particularly the UAE and USA.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation, or client acquisition.
Robust communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience with LinkedIn prospecting, cold outreach, and lead-generation tools.
Ability to identify decision-makers and convert prospects into business opportunities.
