Responsibilities
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of MRI equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and attend breakdown service calls.
• Assist with MRI installation, commissioning, and system upgrades.
• Diagnose hardware, electrical, electronic, and software-related faults.
• Ensure timely resolution of service complaints and minimize equipment downtime.
• Maintain service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with hospital biomedical teams and customers to ensure smooth equipment operation.
• Follow manufacturer guidelines and applicable equipment safety procedures.
• Travel to customer locations for in office service and maintenance.

Qualifications
• 1 years of experience in medical equipment servicing, preferably MRI systems.
• Knowledge of MRI troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance.
• Experience with CT or other medical imaging equipment will be an added advantage.
• Valuable communication, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel for field service assignments.
