Job Summary
We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our B2B network of education consultants, study-abroad agencies, and admission partners across India. The role involves onboarding new agents, promoting overseas education programs, generating student leads and admissions, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Partner Acquisition
• Identify, contact, and onboard recent education agents and consultants.
• Expand the partner network across assigned regions.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and regular follow-ups with partners.
Program Promotion & Admissions
• Explain university programs, admission criteria, fee structures, and application processes to partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support student applications and admissions.




• Keep partners updated on university offerings, deadlines, and admission requirements.
Sales & Target Achievement
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for partner onboarding, admissions, and revenue.
• Develop business growth plans and identify current opportunities.
• Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales performance.
Partner Relationship Management
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and recent agents.
• Resolve partner queries and provide timely updates.
• Conduct partner training, presentations, and promotional activities.
Market Research & Reporting
• Identify new markets and potential business partners.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Maintain partner records, follow-ups, and sales reports using CRM tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage.
• 1–4 years of experience in B2B
