Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing skilled with 4–8 years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms to drive sales, leads, website traffic, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Manage and optimize campaigns focused on e-commerce sales, conversions, ROAS, CAC, and revenue growth.
• Develop strategies for customer acquisition, remarketing, retargeting, and audience engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, bids, targeting, creatives, and keywords.
• Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and campaign strategies.




• Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Work closely with the creative, content, sales, and e-commerce teams to develop high-performing campaigns.
• Manage campaign budgets effectively and ensure maximum return on advertising spend.
• Track key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and Revenue.
• Identify market trends, customer behavior, and current opportunities for business growth.
• Implement strategies to improve customer acquisition, retention, and overall e-commerce performance.
• Ensure proper tracking and measurement through tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 4–8 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing/Digital Marketing.
• Robust experience in E-commerce marketing and online sales campaigns.
• Expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
