About the role
Nebula Surgical Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage end-to-end tender activities, including tender identification, documentation, bid preparation, online submission, and follow-ups. The candidate must have practical knowledge of government tender portals and ensure timely, accurate, and compliant submissions.

What you’ll do

Tender Identification & Portal Management
Identify and monitor relevant tenders on GeM, CPPP, state e-procurement portals, and other platforms.
Review tender notices, eligibility criteria, specifications, EMD requirements, and submission deadlines.
Track current prospects, corrigendums, and tender updates.

Tender Preparation & Submission




Prepare and submit technical and financial bids within the specified timelines.
Review tender documents, BOQs, quotations, declarations, and commercial terms.
Ensure all required documents are uploaded correctly and submissions are completed successfully.
Coordinate for tender fees, EMD, and other applicable bid requirements.

Documentation & Coordination
Maintain updated company documents, certificates, authorization letters, and product-related documents.
Coordinate with sales, accounts, and management teams for pricing, approvals, and technical details.
Follow up on tender status, bid results, purchase orders, and EMD refunds.
Maintain tender records, submission trackers, and regular status reports.

Must have
2–3 years of hands-on experience in tender management and bid submission.
Practical knowledge of GeM, CPPP, and relevant state government e-procurement portals.
Understanding of technical bids, financial bids, BOQs, EMD, and tender compl
