About the Role

The Billing Associate–Client Services will be responsible for managing end-to-end billing operations, ensuring accuracy in invoicing, resolving client billing inquiries, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to optimize revenue processes. The ideal candidate brings robust analytical skills, client-facing experience, and a deep understanding of billing systems and financial workflows.

This is a hands-on senior associate role for someone who enjoys the complete billing cycle, including invoice generation, validation, and distribution—especially within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

What You’ll Do

Billing Operations
Generate and process invoices accurately and on time
Release invoices in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
Ensure accuracy of billing data, pricing, contracts, and tax compliance
Act as the primary point of contact for client billing queries and dispute resolution
Resolve WIP issues, invoice corrections,



and re-billings.

Financial Review & Insights
Track realization, gross margin, bill rates, write-ups, and write-downs.
Partner with engagement teams for WIP and AR management.

Systems & Process Excellence
Own Dynamics 365 F&O; billing workflows and controls.

Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with Billing lead and manager

What You Bring
2–3+ years of billing experience in qualified services.
Strong MS Dynamics 365 F&O; billing experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a global delivery center, captive, or shared services environment.

• Prior experience supporting US CPA firms, consulting firms, or Big 4 / large qualified services organizations.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
