​Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team on a completely remote basis. This role is focused on B2B client acquisition, strategic networking, and closing high-value deals.
​The position begins as a 1-month freelance contract. Upon successful completion of this probationary period and meeting target benchmarks, you will be officially transitioned onto the direct company payroll as a permanent, full-time employee.

​Key Responsibilities

​Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify recent business opportunities, potential clients, and strategic partnerships through market research, networking, and outreach.

​Client Acquisition:



Pitch E-Orbit Solutions’ services to decision-makers, deliver compelling presentations, and successfully close contracts.

​Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking all activities, negotiations, and follow-ups in our CRM system.

​Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term, trusting relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and exploring upselling opportunities.

​Market Strategy: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to refine our sales strategies and target the right audiences.

​Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.

​Requirements & Qualifications

​Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or relevant role (experience in B2B sales, tech, or e-commerce is highly preferred).

​Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
