Job Summary
This role closely partners with Sales leaders on overall ad monetisation, playing a critical role in driving revenue growth through outcome-led solutions across Mobile and CTV, supporting deal closures and structuring high-impact deals that define JioHotstar’s right to win in the market. The role demands sharp strategic thinking, seamless cross-functional collaboration and a strong client-centric mindset to unlock revenue opportunities and deliver business goals.

Key Responsibilities
• Execute overall annual plan by ensuring right share of wallet from the Entertainment portfolio with a focus on key input metrics.
• Drive share-of-wallet growth across existing clients, identify whitespace opportunities and provide timely market, category and client intelligence to unlock current business.
• Customise deal grids and solutions based on client objectives, category potential and JioHotstar’s revenue priorities.
• Build the pipeline for recent content offerings (including all impacts)



and drive adoption of new ad products through relevant client opportunities and sales strategies.
• Partner closely with Sales leaders, participate in client and agency meetings, and evangelise JioHotstar’s content offerings, ad products and customised solutions.
• Develop client-specific narratives and strategic pitches that connect advertiser objectives with JioHotstar’s content strengths, platform capabilities and competitive advantage.
• Equip Sales teams with actionable insights, growth prospects and strategic recommendations to improve pitch effectiveness and revenue outcomes.
• To conduct regular business reviews with Sales pods to evaluate performance against targets, identify revenue opportunities, and address potential shortfalls proactively.
• Work cross-functionally with Content, Product, Ad Ops, Brand Solutions and Measurement to shape commercially viable solutions aligned with client needs and business priorities.
