Job Description – IT Executive

Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad

Position: IT ExecutiveJob Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day IT operations within the office.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Handle system installation, configuration, and maintenance.
Provide technical support to employees for desktops, laptops, printers, and internet connectivity.
Monitor system performance and ensure smooth IT functioning.
Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and services if required.
Maintain data backups and basic IT security protocols.
Support office systems, attendance devices, and basic server/network operations.

Requirements:
Candidate should have experience as an IT Executive/IT Support in the BPO industry.
Basic knowledge of networking, system troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 (depending on experience)

5 Days Working
