Key Activities:
Training and Coaching people in Kaizen concepts
Conduct data analysis to assess current processes and measure performance metrics.
Collaborate with teams to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.
Monitor and report on the progress of improvement projects.
Identify and prioritize improvement projects based on business goals.
Collaborate and coordinate with various departments/ functions for implementation of lean concepts and excellence initiatives.
Key Accountabilities:
Foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Ensure SE targets are achieved Y-O-Y .
Monitor and report on the progress of improvement projects cross the site.
KPI’s are monitored month on month and initiate actions to improve the plant performance through SE projects.
Participating in Tier Meetings and work with department managers to make it more effective.
