Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, connect with potential clients, and generate leads for our IT services.

Roles and Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Contact potential clients and understand their business requirements.
Promote website development, mobile app development, software development, CRM, and ERP services.
Conduct follow-ups with prospective clients and maintain strong client relationships.




Schedule meetings and coordinate with the technical team to understand client requirements.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.
Maintain daily call records, follow-up details, and lead status reports.

Required Skills
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and business development.
Confidence in client handling, negotiation, and follow-ups.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Basic knowledge of IT services and software development is an advantage.
Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome.
