Hiring for Sales and Marketing Associates for multiple locations (On Contractual)

Key Skills
Solid understanding of Sales and Marketing, Principles and practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, B2B or B2C partners, and other stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

Qualified Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales or marketing.
In depth knowledge on Politics/ public affairs, or a related field (desired).
Proven track record of identifying and pursuing current Sales / business opportunities.

Additional Requirements :
Creative and Strategical in preparing pitch documents.




Experience with proposal writing and RFP responses.
Familiarity with data analysis and market research.

Educational Qualifications

MBA in Marketing or Public Policy, or a related field (preferred).

Certifications (Optional)

Certification in Sales or Business Development/ Marketing or Communications / Public Policy or Political Science.

Note : Knowledge and Passion in Politics is must.

Preferred Languages : English and Kannada (Additional knowledge of Hindi is added advantage)

Renumeration will be based on their earlier CTC and assessment and interview.
