Job Responsibilities
Coordinate and assist couples throughout their treatment or service journey.
Schedule appointments, consultations, procedures, and follow-ups.
Communicate with couples and provide clear information about appointments and required documents.
Coordinate between doctors, nurses, laboratory staff, and other departments.
Maintain accurate patient and couple records while ensuring confidentiality.
Follow up with couples regarding appointments, reports, medications, and treatment plans.
Address routine queries and coordinate with the appropriate department for medical concerns.
Provide professional and compassionate support to couples.
Ensure smooth coordination and timely completion of assigned processes.




Maintain daily reports and update management regarding follow-ups and pending activities.

Qualifications
Any Bachelor's degree or relevant healthcare qualification.
Experience in a hospital, fertility clinic, healthcare, or customer-service setting is preferred.
Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office and basic computer operations.
Immediate joining perferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
