Job Description

Implementing collection policies and procedures to avoid excessive outstanding credit. Ensuring that the company policy on recoveries is followed and that it is in line with state and central regulations. Implementing deadlines for invoicing and payment collection.

Responsibilities
Must be able to manage and lead teams.
Understanding/knowledge of using appropriate legal tools in all stages of collection, as needed
Legal options
Coordinating with local brokers, police stations, and court personnel.
Reduce portfolio credit losses
Increase resolution rates.
Daily monitoring and review of the delinquent portfolio
Collaborate with non-performing defaulting borrowers to develop optimal recovery strategies.
Monitor customer accounts,



flagging likely cases of default or delayed payment - Provide regular inputs to Management and all other stakeholders, including Sales, Risk, and the Policy Team, on various aspects of collections resolution and delinquency trends, Negative Areas, Negative Profile, Non-Starters, Fraud Cases, and so on.
Maintain all collection-related documentation in accordance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Respond to customer complaints regarding the collections process
Participate in periodic audits of the collection's teams

Qualifications

Qualification: MBA

Experience: 12 to 20 years
