Key Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze cost reports to determine cost structures and profitability.
Monitor and control costs by conducting regular audits and variance analysis.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Collaborate with other departments to gather data and provide insights on cost-saving initiatives.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions related to cost accounting.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com) from a recognized institution.
MBA in Finance is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in cost accounting or financial analysis.
Robust analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
