Job Description – Marketing Manager (Real Estate)

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented marketing skilled to manage branding, digital marketing, lead generation and promotional activities for our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns for real estate projects to generate qualified leads and support sales.
Manage digital marketing, social media platforms, Google Ads, Meta Ads and property portals.
Create and coordinate festival creatives, greetings and creatives for key dates and occasions for social media, WhatsApp and other marketing channels.
Develop and coordinate brochures, project presentations, advertisements, banners and other marketing collaterals.
Coordinate with creative agencies, designers,



vendors and internal sales teams for timely execution of campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, lead generation, cost per lead and marketing ROI.
Conduct competitor analysis and assist in project branding, launches and promotional activities.

Required Skills:
3–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate.
Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management and lead generation.
Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop or other creative-design tools will be an advantage.
Good communication, coordination and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
