We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, etc. The candidate will be responsible for generating business through bidding, client communication, proposal writing, and converting leads into long-term clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify potential projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and other freelance portals.
Generate leads through online bidding and proposal submission.
Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals.
Handle complete bid management process from lead generation to project closure.
Communicate with international clients through chat, email, and meetings.
Negotiate project costs, timelines, and deliverables with clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Coordinate with technical teams to understand project scope and estimations.




Follow up with clients for proposal updates and project discussions.
Achieve monthly lead generation and revenue targets.
Maintain daily reports of bidding activities and client interactions.
Explore recent business opportunities through LinkedIn and other platforms.

Required Skills:
Experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, and PeoplePerHour.
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of proposal writing and requirement gathering.
Understanding of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile Apps, SEO, Digital Marketing, UI/UX, and Software Development.
Lead generation and client handling experience.
Good understanding of sales and business development processes.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
