IT Sales Executive

Engagement: Initial 3-month professional engagement, with an opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance
Full-Time Compensation: ₹15,000–₹20,000/month + Healthy Performance-Based Incentives

About the Role

ReTechPrime Technology Solutions is looking for an energetic and result-oriented IT Sales Executive to generate recent business opportunities, engage prospective clients, understand their technology requirements, and drive sales for our IT services.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and other channels.
Identify and approach prospective clients and decision-makers.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, follow-ups, and field visits.
Support proposals, negotiations, and deal closures.




Build strong client relationships and achieve assigned sales targets.

Who Can Apply?
Candidates with 2–5 years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development are preferred.
BBA & MBA freshers with solid communication skills and sales aptitude may also be considered.
Robust communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Basic understanding of IT/technology services.
Target-driven and comfortable with lead generation, client meetings, and field visits.
Must be willing to work from Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata.
Laptop and mobile phone required.
