Gro Wealth Group of Companies is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead our fund mobilization and sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage branch sales and fund mobilization activities.
Develop customer relationships and identify recent business prospects.
Achieve assigned business targets.
Supervise and motivate team members.
Monitor team performance and prepare regular reports.
Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.

Requirements:
Relevant experience in sales, preferably in financial services.
Positive communication and customer relationship skills.
Leadership and team management abilities.
Ability to work towards business targets.

Salary: Based on experience and suitability.

Candidates should be result-oriented and comfortable working in a target-based environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
