Key Responsibilities
Call prospective students and parents from provided leads
Explain course details, fees, perks, and admission process
Follow up with interested candidates regularly
Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve monthly targets
Maintain proper records of calls and follow-ups in CRM
Handle student queries professionally and guide them accordingly
Coordinate with counselling and admission teams
Generate walk-ins for counselling sessions
Build positive relationships with students and parents

Requirements
Graduate in any stream
1–3 years of experience in Telesales / Education Counselling / Telecalling
Valuable communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM
Ability to work on targets and follow-up calls

Fixed salary + attractive incentives

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
