About the Role
We are looking for a result-oriented BPO Sales Executive with excellent English communication skills and experience in sales or customer engagement. Candidates with experience in the EdTech, IT, or SaaS industries will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound sales calls and engage potential customers.
Explain products and services and convert leads into sales.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Handle objections, follow up with prospects, and close sales.
Achieve daily, weekly,
and monthly sales targets.
Maintain customer records and update sales information.
Requirements
1–6 years of experience in BPO sales, telesales, or voice processes.
Fluent English communication skills are mandatory.
Experience in EdTech, IT, or SaaS industries is preferred.
Robust convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
Comfortable working from the Gurgaon office.
