Present product information, indications, perks, dosage information, and approved promotional materials accurately and professionally.
Build and maintain robust relationships with healthcare professionals and key customers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify current business opportunities and develop new customer accounts.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and product availability.
Prepare regular sales reports, customer visit reports, and territory updates.
Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, payments, and product availability where applicable.




Work closely with distributors and internal teams to ensure effective product availability and customer service.
Attend product launches, medical conferences, exhibitions, seminars, and promotional activities.
Collect and communicate customer feedback and relevant market intelligence to management.
Ensure all promotional activities comply with company policies and applicable pharmaceutical regulations.
Maintain professional and ethical relationships with healthcare professionals and customers.
