Sales & Conversion Convert walk-ins and leads into paying clients Explain packages, pricing, and offers Achieve monthly sales targets
Client Relationship Management Build trust and long-term relationships Handle follow-ups, feedback, and queries Ensure high customer satisfaction
Coordination & Operations Schedule appointments Maintain patient records and treatment history Work closely with front desk and clinical staff
Post-Treatment Guidance Explain aftercare routines Ensure proper follow-up visits Required Skills Solid communication & convincing skills Positive knowledge of skin & aesthetic treatments Sales and negotiation ability Presentable personality Basic computer/CRM knowledge
