Position: Guest Relations Executive (GRE)

Job Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests with a warm and skilled attitude.
Handle guest enquiries, requests, and feedback.
Coordinate with the front office, housekeeping, F&B;, and other departments.
Ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience.
Assist guests with reservations, seating, and general information.
Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain proper guest records and follow company standards.
Support events, special occasions, and VIP guest arrangements.
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.

Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and customer-focused approach.
Basic knowledge of hospitality operations.
Ability to handle guests professionally.
Good English and Hindi communication skills.
Presentable and well-groomed.
Hospitality/Hotel Management qualification will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
