Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and customer-focused Steward to join our F&B; team. The ideal candidate should be energetic, well-groomed, and passionate about providing excellent guest service in a rapid-paced restaurant or cafe environment.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests in a polite and professional manner.
Set up tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
Ensure proper presentation and service of food and beverages.
Transparent and reset tables efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the outlet.
Assist the service team during busy hours and events.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth service.
Handle guest requests and communicate them to the relevant team.
Follow all SOPs, food safety, and hygiene guidelines.




Assist with opening and closing duties as required.

Requirements
Previous experience in F&B; or hospitality is preferred; freshers can also apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and customer-focused approach.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Good grooming and personal hygiene.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
