Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our market presence in Ahmedabad and Hyderabad regions. This is a travel-intensive role involving client acquisition, dealer network expansion, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories
Generate leads and convert them into sales for shutters, doors, loading equipment, and automation products
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and dealers
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations
Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, installation) for smooth project execution
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements




Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
3–8 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in construction, industrial products, or automation industry)
Solid communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
Ability to work independently and handle target-based roles
Good understanding of local markets in Ahmedabad / Hyderabad
