We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Semi-Voice Process. Candidates must be fluent in English and Hindi, along with either Kannada or Telugu.

Language Requirements
English + Hindi + Kannada

OR
English + Hindi + Telugu

Eligibility Criteria
Graduation mandatory (any stream).
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Previous social media customer support experience is mandatory.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through chat, email, and calls.




Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Maintain high customer satisfaction.
Provide accurate information and timely resolutions.
Work in rotational shifts, if required.

Interview Details
Walk-in interview only.
Work from office at Electronic City, Bangalore.
Candidates must meet the language and experience requirements.
