Hiring – Purchase Officer

Location: Kasurdi, Bhor, Pune
Industry: Printing & Packaging Manufacturing
Experience: 2 to 4Years

Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day purchase and procurement activities.
Source raw materials, consumables, packing materials and engineering items.
Obtain quotations, compare prices and negotiate with suppliers.
Develop and maintain vendor relationships.
Prepare Purchase Orders and follow up for timely deliveries.
Coordinate with Stores, Production, Maintenance, Quality and Accounts.
Monitor material quality, delivery schedules and purchase costs.
Maintain purchase records, vendor data and reports.

Requirements:
Graduate/Diploma in Purchase, Procurement, Commerce or related field.
Experience in manufacturing/printing & packaging industry preferred.
Positive negotiation, communication and follow-up skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/purchase software.
Knowledge of GST and basic purchase documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
