Job Description: Customer Care Executive (CCE)

Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Care Executive (CCE) with excellent verbal communication skills and prior experience handling UK and US clients through voice calls. The candidate should be comfortable making and receiving calls, communicating professionally with international customers, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with UK and US clients.
Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally with international customers.
Understand customer queries and provide appropriate information or assistance.
Maintain call records and update customer details accurately.
Follow calling scripts, communication guidelines, and company processes.
Manage customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
Meet daily calling targets and maintain quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications




Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Solid fluency, clarity, pronunciation, and listening skills.
Prior experience handling UK and US clients through voice calls is preferred.
Good interpersonal skills and a qualified telephone manner.
Ability to understand different accents and communicate effectively.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in an international calling process, preferably UK or US.
Confident, polite, patient, and customer-oriented.
Comfortable with voice-based communication as the primary responsibility.
Strong ability to build rapport and handle conversations professionally.

Note: This role is primarily calling-based. Candidates with excellent communication skills and international voice-process experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
