Position: Service Advisor
Industry: Automobile Dealership
Experience: 0–2 Years
Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering

Key Responsibilities
Interact with customers to understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
Explain service requirements, estimated costs, and delivery timelines to customers.
Prepare job cards and ensure accurate documentation of vehicle complaints and service requests.
Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team to ensure timely vehicle servicing.
Keep customers updated on service progress and additional repair requirements.
Ensure proper vehicle inspection and coordinate vehicle delivery after service completion.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Maintain customer satisfaction and support follow-up activities.

Eligibility Criteria
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.




0–2 years of experience in an automobile dealership; freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply.
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of automobile systems, servicing, and repairs.
Positive customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
Ability to coordinate with customers, technicians, and workshop staff.
A customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of service job cards and workshop processes.
Basic computer skills and documentation abilities.
Prior internship or experience in an automobile service centre will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
