Job Description

The role involves handling customer calls, addressing queries, providing product or service information, and assisting customers with their concerns.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Respond to customer queries and provide relevant information.
Explain products and services to customers.
Identify customer requirements and assist with suitable solutions.
Maintain customer records and follow established procedures.
Support customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
Positive communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

Monthly salary: ₹18,000–₹21,000.
