Lead and manage Hobbing, Shaving, CNC Turning, and OD Grinding production operations to achieve daily production targets and quality objectives.
Hands-on expertise in Hobbing & Shaving machine setup, tooling selection, gear manufacturing processes, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 standards, quality inspection requirements, precision measurements, and automotive manufacturing best practices.
Supervise and develop production operators and technicians while promoting a protected, productive, and continuous improvement culture.
Drive productivity improvements through Lean Manufacturing, root cause analysis, preventive maintenance, waste reduction, and effective production planning
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
